We are centered within the Tucson, Arizona community. Providing care and wrap around services individual and group mentoring platforms for children and adolescent. Providing a variety of communication styles have been the primary goal of what we have built our goals around within our program. Our focus is to assist those school age individuals that are suffering from lack of guidance and that do not have an immediate role model or relationship with other people in the home, school or within the community that we can help. Help them to create reasonable yet effective goals that are taught to be useful within their developmental stages, with confidence and held to individual responsibility.
In addition, providing support for juvenile children has often been a passion to providing retention within the community. Children do often become victim to the immediate environment, natural surroundings and or negative influences in their lives. The one great thing about life is that there's most often a second choice, a second chance, an open door and an added opportunity that awaits our children.

Areas of FOCUS
We pride ourselves on being able to commit to giving our time, uninterrupted, "client to mentor" involvement to where the client would feel the stage is their's but also learning the "exchange format." Being willing to listen, because you've been listened to. 1:1 cognitive & physical activities included as well.
At the Diffversity Project, we not only teach and guide but we also love to show our skills so that the child and adolescents are able to mimic what we do, with challenges proposed that involves physicality, thinking outside the box, use of intuition, leadership and follower-ship reflection and encouragement. "Use those muscles" we say, "brain or brawn" it doesn't matter, we love using both!
Groups are held within a small group style setting, between 5-7 child or adolescent members dependent on behaviors, maturity and or preference in some cases. In all, our goal is to establish ways to work together in sync, learning about others, accepting others choices, behaviors and developing a "work around" attitude.
Ensuring that we effectively provide the utmost respect for ourselves and the kids, we provide an open communication policy to where we as the educators and mentors will listen openly and without judgment, to our kids. We will direct them as needed and as appropriate. We are mentors and we will act and advise as such.
The internet, software, and technology are so pervasive, we have no choice but to accept it into our culture, schools and lifestyle. This is why we chose to integrate technology into our program that will help kids understand purpose behind technology. Not just the fun of it but how to include career mindedness as well, which supports components of math, reading and writing.
We will always keep parents or guardians in the loop for all that has transpired within the program. We believe that the support system starts with family. Keeping them in the know, is what we know! We will provide challenges to the kids but as well to the parents to continue to help encourage, motivate and help your child in completing our program.
